BBQ steak of cauliflower in a butter, pomegranate, mint, coriander pine kernel dukkha, crisp kale leaves, burnt sweet potato spiced sausage roll with spinach puree & mushroom glaze (VE)

Burnt lemon curd pavlova, autumn fruit of the forest compote & blackberry sorbet (V)

If any of your guests require the vegan alternative or have any other special dietary requirements, please indicate this on your Guest List form and let us know as soon as possible. 

PRE-ORDERING ADDITIONAL DRINKS FOR YOUR TABLE

Please follow this link, select the date followed by the event and click Next:

• Select Drinks Reception or Table Drinks and click Continue to Order 
• Select your drinks and Add to order
• When all drinks have been added, click Checkout
• Sign in or Create account
• For “Choose Collection Slot”, select Event

IMPORTANT:

In the Special Instructions section, please add Company Name or Table Host Name – or both. If this detail is not added, we cannot guarantee the drinks will be served to the correct location on time on the night.
 
If there are any notes regarding the order that you would like to be passed on to the Bar Team, please also add in Special Instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: 
 
The pre-order page will close 72 hours before the event. We strictly cannot accept pre-orders after this deadline.
 
If there is a problem with your order at the event and it is not flagged to a member of staff at the time, a refund cannot be processed post event.
 
If you would like to make an order for both the Drinks Reception and Table Drinks, two separate orders would need to be made.

E-TICKETS

An e-ticket will be sent to the table booker closer to the awards night. Your table booker will share this with you before the awards as you will each need to show it on your phones to gain access on the night.

PLACE CARDS (For table bookers only)

In a bid to save paper, we are only sending place cards out to those who request them, so on the Guest List Form, please indicate your preference. These will be sent to the address on your invoice, so do let us know if it’s different.

ACCOMMODATION

We work with an accommodation agency that provides a rate card for the hotels in the surrounding area. To book your accommodation at preferential rates, please book online or call 0845 6123 602 or +44 1473 550 620 quoting your dedicated code of MBII005 25.

WHAT IS MY TABLE NUMBER?

There will be a table plan in the drinks reception and a printed programme listing company names and table numbers. To aid networking on the night, there will be a QR code on the programme and all signage, which gives you access to the full guest list.

Yes, there is a cloakroom, on the ground floor in the foyer.
