Rob transitioned from a 20-year career in big-tech marketing for Salesforce, Epson, Psion, and Microsoft into mastering virtual production, leading him to found Morden Wolf in 2019, with the aim of making this emerging technology accessible to any content maker.

Recognising the need for a central platform for sharing knowledge, technical understanding and best practices, Rob founded Starting Pixel, a global community of more than 1200 creators at the forefront of storytelling and emerging tech. He also hosts the weekly Starting Pixel podcast, interviewing filmmakers, VFX artists, and producers about the future of content creation using cutting-edge technology and techniques.
