Production Engineer / Vision Mixer, Global

Ioana has been working in music production, mastering, audio post-production and broadcast for over 15 years. 

Ioana is currently working with Global’s broadcast technology audio and video production teams working across radio, tv, and internet streaming. She works on Tonight with Andrew Marr, Iain Dale's Cross Question, as well as supporting all of Global’s on air radio stations. Recent work also includes work on podcasts The News Agents (Emily Maitlis/Jon Sopel/Lewis Goodall), Big Fish with Spencer Matthews, Crisis What Crisis (Andy Coulson), Clear the Air (Sadiq Khan).

Ioana continues to work on sound mixing for film and documentaries and freelancing for Formation Audio, mastering studio led by John-Paul Braddock. 

Her music production work includes recording / mixing / mastering sessions with artists such as Bryan Adams, Stereophonics, The Smashing Pumpkins, Jack Savoretti, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Gaz Coombes, Johnny Marr, Blossoms, The 1975 etc. 

Due to her background in radio, she has run countless live music outside broadcasts in audio and in vision (including British Summertime in Hyde Park, Isle of Wight, On Blackheath festivals main stage live to radio and online stream, Coldplay live from the London Palladium).
