Gregory Bensberg is a leading authority on both the technical and regulatory aspects of digital broadcasting and has over 40 years’ experience as a regulator and d has sustained consultancy related to media change throughout Europe for nearly 20 ydigital broadcaster. He is the Director of Oxford Broadcast Consultants Limited, a member of Ofcom’s Spectrum Advisory Board and sits on the Advisory Board of the Journal of Digital Media & Policy.

Everybody sees what happens on the screen and what goes out, but there's so much work and effort goes into production, the preplanning and making these things happen, to be recognised for that work that goes on preproduction is amazing!
