Gabby is a global media operations leader, she has extensive international experience across technology, production & operations with significant experience in launching new products & services, transformation, restructuring and large-scale project delivery across all aspects of the media industry,

Currently Group Director Content Services at Sky and previous employers include BBC Studios, Discovery, and Turner Broadcasting. She was one of the founding members of the WICT UK chapter and acts as a mentor for Rise & Google’s Power for Partners Programme. Recipient of the TVNewscheck Women in Technology Leadership Award 2025.

Everybody sees what happens on the screen and what goes out, but there's so much work and effort goes into production, the preplanning and making these things happen, to be recognised for that work that goes on preproduction is amazing!
