Donna is a senior post-production and technology leader with over 20 years’ experience across major global production companies and streamers, including Netflix, Fremantle and All3Media. She has led nonfiction and unscripted post-production teams of all scales across the UK and US, building departments, workflows and in-house facilities through significant industry change.

Now leading in-house post-production for Banijay UK, she specialises in navigating technological transformation—most recently the shift to AI and cloud—driving operational excellence, innovation and talent development across the unscripted sector.
